I am not surprised the two top spots are occupied by these two similar spells, as they both really shine in a variety of decks and almost always can hit something relevant and give you an early advantage

It isn't as good as a Wrath against the ramp and midrange decks by a long shot but against the aggro decks it is substantially more effective
